Very good module

What file do I edit to rename some of the fields... e.g I would like to rename 'requestor' to 'customer' etc. Also, on the new ticket area I would like to set the e-mail address as non mandatory... Is this possible with the current version 2.0?

Thank you for the compliments.

1) You can change any of the labels by simply changing the content in the .resx files in the App_localResources directory. However, you cannot change the database field name.

2) You can set Email field in View.ascx to visible = false and enter a default email for the value. This way people wont see it, but the program will send emails to the default email you specify.
