Hi,
Thank you for this great and free module !

I'm suprised to note that HelpDesk Module use the PortalID relation "instead of" ModuleID. In fact, it's a problem for me to see, in a module, the tickets of an other module, into a same portal.
From the admin header of DNN, you can "Add existing module", so the clone is not a copy but a reference. So, I don't see really the interest to use PortalID rather than ModuleID due to this option opportunity.

I think it's not a big job to change that, do you intend to do this ? I should be very interested

The reason you can only have one instance of the module in a Portal was that administrators will accidentally remove a module instance from a page. If they did that they would place a different instance on a page but they would have no way to get back to any tickets previously created.

So we would then have to have code that allowed you to indicate which ticket "repository" you wanted to show. Now you have to "get the configuration correct" to get the module to work.

The main point about ADefHelpDesk is that it is the module that you don't have to think about. Anything that takes away from that we leave out of the module on purpose
