My boss wants me to find a help desk software to integrate with our website. As I am using .NET, so I come to here.
He also let me check another commercial softwares, which is wrote in php. The big difference in my view, is not in function, but in User Interface. They are in good looking while aDefHelpdesk is poor in design.

Can you be specific on how you would improve the design?
