What a great module! It installed with no errors, setup took 10 minutes with no training required, and the functionality is elegant. I just removed email alerts from two custom tracking modules and deleted 30 instances of the Repository modules I had set up for sharing files with clients. I also replaced an access database used for issue tracking. aDefHelpDesk turns out to be a MUCH better solution for all of it. So far, no bugs to report and nothing I can find in your forum that was not a NAPWAD (not a problem - works as designed).
I cut my teeth on DNN following your tutorials on how to install it, I learned module development from your website, and now I have a great tool that replaced several functions on my web site all at once.
